RAISING GOOD KIDS & TEENS
We want them to make us proud and achieve more than us in life
We devote our lives to them. We want them to exceed what we have accomplished and at an earlier age.
The parent is NOT a friend but a leader, discipline and the campus for the child who should look up to the parent with a desire to please for the sole reward of acknowledgment.

No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it.
Whoever spares the rod hates their children, but the one who loves their children is careful to discipline them.
3 Children are a heritage from the LORD, offspring a reward from him.
4 Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in one’s youth.
5 Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their opponents in court.
A rod and a reprimand impart wisdom, but a child left undisciplined disgraces its mother.
